At Term Time Teachers we can offer both teaching and recruitment experience from our dedicated and experienced team.

A team with over 35 years teaching experience as; Key Stage 2 teacher in mainstream, Assistant Head and Acting Headteacher, SENCO, INSET Manager, a teacher at a SEN (Autistic, Speech & Language) school and over 30 years recruitment experience.

The compliment of recruitment and teaching experience combined enable us to provide you with teachers who are committed to offering the best service for your pupils.

How do we know that we offer committed teachers? (This is a question I used to ask the supply agencies I had dealings with as an INSET Manager).

At Term Time Teachers we:

1. Have in depth face-to-face interviews with all of our teachers
2. Only accept original certificates confirming QTS
3. Check references both verbally and in writing
4. Insist on proof of DfE and National Insurance numbers
5. Check that teachers are Teaching Agency registered
6. Carry out Enhanced Disclosure Checks with the DBS
7. Carry out a List '99 check
8. Only accept original documentation depicting identification

If we are not fully satisfied with any of the above points, we do not accept that teacher onto our supply register.

We also insist that our teachers follow our 'Term Time Teachers Expectations', which are there to ensure your pupils have the quality of teaching that can be expected and insisted upon.
