We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming school in Sevenoaks. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a positive classroom environment.

Experience is welcomed but not essential - we value the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with young people. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
• Working with individuals or small groups to support learning
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assisting with planning, resources, and displays
• Supporting children with additional needs, where required

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, caring, and flexible
• Can work well as part of a team
• Is committed to the wellbeing and development of all pupils

Contract: Full-time, term-time only
