Are you seeking a rewarding career working with young people with a range of special educational needs? At Term Time Teachers, we are looking for a kind, proactive support worker to join a rewarding, supportive SEN school in East Grinstead. All training provided.
About the Role:
As a SEN support worker, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to young people with a wide range of additional needs. If you're seeking a rewarding career, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assisting with classroom activities.
- Helping to implement support plans.
- Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Calm, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting SEN students
Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential.
