Our lovely SEN School believes everyone has a vital role in their school community and they value the unique contributions of each student.

Their core purpose is to develop individuals by ensuring their safety and health, teaching them to make informed choices, and helping them build independence and self-esteem.

Role: Special Needs Teacher

Location- Tonbridge

Pay- £130.00 - £210.00 per day

Job Type - Part-Time

Responsibilities as a Special Needs Teacher:

• Implement individualised learning plans and adapt teaching materials.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
• Monitor and track student progress.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, Support Staff and Parents to support student development.

Requirements for a Special Needs Teaching Teacher:

• Teaching certification (QTS OR PGCE).
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting to student needs.
• Experience with special educational needs is preferred.
