Position: Special Needs Teacher
Location: Maidstone

Special Need's Teacher Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customised education plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Assess and track student's progress, adjusting teaching methods and goals as necessary.
- Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Incorporate various teaching aids and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Act as a strong advocate for student's rights and educational needs.
Special Need's Teacher Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Familiarity with IEPs, special education laws, and teaching methodologies.
