Position: Special Needs Teacher

Special Need's Teacher Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customised education plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
• Assess and track student's progress, adjusting teaching methods and goals as necessary.
• Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Incorporate various teaching aids and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Act as a strong advocate for student's rights and educational needs.

Special Need's Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Familiarity with IEPs, special education laws, and teaching methodologies.
