Baby Room Leader - Nursery in Central Tunbridge Wells

Are you a caring, nurturing early years professional with a passion for leadership? We are looking for a Baby Room Leader to join a friendly nursery team in Tunbridge Wells.

Key Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

• Experience leading a team in an early years setting

• A warm, nurturing approach to supporting babies' development

Role Highlights:

• Lead and inspire your baby room team

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

• Support staff through training and leadership programmes

• Work closely with parents to ensure the highest standard of care
