This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Years professionals who are looking for flexibility, variety, and competitive pay while continuing to do what they love, supporting young children during their most important developmental years.

The Role:

  • Working on an ad-hoc basis to cover short- and long-term absences

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

  • Working collaboratively with nursery teams

  • Following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

Requirements:

  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)

  • Recent experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting

  • A genuine passion for Early Years education

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through Academics)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
