A small, nurturing nursery in Tunbridge Wells with just 24 children, are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their passionate team on a term-time only basis.
Their ethos celebrates every child as a unique individual, constantly learning in their own way and time. We champion the child's voice, inclusion for all, and create a warm, enabling environment where children learn through play, build confidence, and develop emotional resilience.

What we're looking for:
CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years (essential)
A nurturing, child-centred approach
Enthusiasm for supporting learning through play
Team player with strong communication skills
