We're looking for a positive, caring individual to join our team as a Primary Teaching Assistant across schools in the Hastings and Rother area.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Enjoys working with young children
• Can bring energy and patience to the classroom
• Works well in a team but can also take initiative
• Is keen to support learning in creative and practical ways

Your day-to-day might include:
✔ Helping pupils with classroom tasks and activities
✔ Supporting teachers with lesson delivery
✔ Encouraging children's confidence and progress
✔ Creating a warm, inclusive classroom environment

You don't need to have loads of experience-but a love for working with children and a willingness to learn are essential.
