  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

  • Be adaptable, resilient, and responsive to individual pupil needs

  • Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humour to a dynamic team

  • Be committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners

The school is a close-knit, community-focused environment with a strong commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all pupils. Staff are passionate, energetic, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

What is offered:

  • A supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Opportunities to work closely with experienced SEND professionals

  • A rewarding role within a well-established specialist provision

  • A strong whole-school commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing

Prospective applicants are encouraged to make contact to discuss the role further and, where possible, visit the setting.
