Academics / Term Time Teachers are currently recruiting a Year 3 Primary Teacher for a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment with a strong team and well-structured year group planning.

The school is known for its collaborative approach, where teachers work closely together across the year group to plan engaging lessons and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

The Role:

• Teaching a Year 3 class (Key Stage 2)

• Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Working collaboratively with the other Year 3 teacher and wider staff team

• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all pupils

• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
