We're looking for an exceptional Head of Digital Learning to join a dynamic team at a highly regarded prep school in Sevenoaks. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the digital strategy and education across the school-from Reception to Year 8-while directly influencing teaching and learning at every level.
About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Head, you'll have both strategic oversight and day-to-day involvement in driving digital transformation. You will:
Lead the development and delivery of an engaging digital curriculum
Inspire staff and pupils in digital creativity and innovation
Champion safe and effective use of technology, including AI integration
Deliver training and professional development for staff
Oversee digital infrastructure and online learning tools
Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (training provided)
This is a Head of Department role with whole-school impact. You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team and a culture that encourages innovation and professional growth.
About You
We're seeking a qualified teacher (QTS) with:
A proven track record of excellent teaching
A passion for educational technology and digital learning
Experience leading digital initiatives in a school setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
A commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive digital environment
