We are looking for experienced and dedicated CACHE Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join nurseries in and around Haywards Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who want to make a real difference in early years education.
Role Overview
As a Nursery Assistant with a Level 3 qualification, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, assisting with planning, and helping create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS
Assist with planning and delivering activities to meet developmental needs
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children
Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Caring, patient, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
