We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and caring CACHE Level 2 Nursery Assistants to work in a range of nurseries in and around Haywards Heath.

Role Overview

As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning and development through play

  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and activities

  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment

  • Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management

  • Build positive relationships with children and parents

Requirements

  • CACHE Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (desirable)
