We are seeking an After School Club Manager
After School Club, Based in Tunbridge Wells.
Temporary with opportunity of permanent role for the right candidate.
Position start date: April 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter.
After School Club are looking for a reliable and experienced After School Club Manager to manage the day to day running of the After School Club.
The role will involve supervising a small friendly team of staff and to support all activities, in line with regulations and the club's policies and procedures.
Hours: Term Time 4.5 hours per day x 5 days (breakfast club: 7:45 - 9.00am; after school club 3.00 to 6.15pm). Plus 5 hours of admin per week.
Qualities and Experience Required
Experienced in working in a supervisory role and managing staff.
Forward planning, good communication skills.
Organised and administration experience.
The following qualifications / skills or willingness to train is required.
Level 3 qualification in working within a childcare setting.
Paediatric first aid
Level 2 food Hygiene
Safeguard lead
Good understanding of health & safety and experience in undertaking risk assessments
